Surfing the Internet and came across this theory…Google it. Holy s&$@ this is hilarious. It sure seems to apply to most people in most offices I’ve ever worked. Every once in awhile there is a Bchadwick, but that breed is rare. Example: newbie analyst just started, senior analyst, clueless of course, was an auditor before, probably competent as an auditor, counting beans, probably a real stretch to get this job, now required to think, yet unable to think. So she will spend yrs reveling in incompetence, bluffing her way thru things, hoping people like me don’t ask her any real questions. Beautiful!
