the Pope

http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601085&sid=al.vMNIq6Pz0&refer=europe I’m thinking some people heard what he said and dumped their portfolios contributing to companies seeing their equity further decline, causing other people to lose retirements, jobs, etc, causing more home foreclosures, divorces due to money problems, suicides, people taking the Lord’s name in vain, etc.

The Catholic church has been a pretty successful company.

made a killing in RE lol

Actually, the City of Vatican receives the approval of credit lines (from banks) without any analysis on their financial statements.

Yes…but the ultimate parent company is in Rome

Nothing like preaching about Mammon from a guy who lives in the world’s biggest Judas bag…

If the Church increase the offer of gold, price will fall sharply

Wonder what their revenue model actually produces. Did they sell off their indulgence line to someone?

Maybe it some large intangible asset that is off the books, AKA God

Good point. God has good brand recognition.

All jokes, but no one with the gumption to address his assertion. Apparently, you don’t disagree with him; you just hate His church. Josef Ratzinger has more class and intelligence than all of you put together.

Gumption? Intelligence? Class? His assertion is devoid of meaning. It’s more fun to have a good laugh.

Credit in America is more real than his imaginary god and obsolete belief system.

Concerning his specific statements: “Way to go, captain obvious genius.”
