Things you should be eating/drinking to be healthy...

it’s not… unless you juicin (srs)

im not following, is 6’0, 200 lbs considered chubby?

Fat, overweight, borderline obese, unless you’re packing some serious muscle…

to have visible abs you need to be lean, like 5% body fat lean. To be lean at 6ft and 200lbs you need to be stacked.

This is 'merica, damnit. A beer belly is fit. You’re not fat until you’re riding one of those little scooters around. It’s funny going to Europe and feeling a tad ‘chubby’ while in North America I’m generally described as thin (around 160lbs just under 6 feet).

Its funny how so many of my schools faculty order really fatty stuff when I observe them at the subway que. They aren’t hillybilly types and most are overweight, norms are different.

I’m 6’2’’ and 220lbs. Although I would consider myself stacked.

I really want to get down to 200lbs and thinking about juice dieting for 5 days on 2 days off until I see some decent weight loss…

I’m 6’4 205. I guess I better start dropping weight so I don’t look like such a fatass

I guess I am a midget according to AF standards.Only 5’11.

Six four is a bit taller. That’s not overweight, you’re still in the healthy range.

you guys realise you can be somewhere in between 5% body fat and a fatass?

Absolutely. 27.1 bmi. Squarely in the overweight range otherwise. Between normal and obese.

210 now, time to hit the gym … leg day

I might as well not exist as I’m 5’8’’, and stopped growing vertically years ago.

wrong. 10% and you’ll see your abs. 5% and you’re shredded which is not sustainable long term unless the gym is your life. for all you desk jockeys, aim for 8-10

6 ft at 200 with 5% is shredded. i was there for a bit. Took a shit ton of smart training and impecible diet.

edit: forgot to add - it’s not about what you eat to BE healthy, it’s all about what you stop eating

careful bro, you don’t want to push it. you’re probably still sore from your last leg workout, which was your first leg workout, which was your last leg workout.

Nope, 5% or hacksaw.

There was a Baywatch episode that centered around one male lifeguard who had 2% body fat. So, he got hypothermia when saving some person in the water. I’m not sure what the message of that episode was supposed to be. However, I think Baywatch did generally establish that a certain percentage of body fat is desirable. A certain amount of buoyancy and insulation is important to the lifeguard occupation.

the new baywatch reinforces that haha

Eating a ton of fruits and veggies makes my skin glow and bishes love it
