Tip if you have trouble sleeping tonight

it is normal to have anxiety now about tomorrow. this anxiety may cause some problems with sleep tonight. My advice is to not fight it- if you wake up and are pissed you can’t go back to sleep don’t dwell on it, ACCEPT it (i.e. say to yourself, “if I can’t go back to sleep well then I can’t go back to sleep”. Accepting will put you at ease, and hence make it easier to fall back to sleep.
