I feel like one the hardest parts of the exam is keeping concentration over 6 hours and being able to pick out the important details. Likely best to rest up for this.
On the other hand, more time to study the better…

read the ethics material, flip through notecards/notes/formula sheet (whatever summary study device you have)… relax.
