can someone please tell to what extent one has to refresh the details from Level I in order to pass Level II? Are there certain topics (range of topics) which one can specifically prepare for Level II ( for the open question section )? Are the open question more essay-like or do they require some certain calc (memorization of certain formulas) as well?
