I’m curious, besides work experience and education, what kind of resume lines would have the most weight for one applying to ER? I’ve been thinking things like time management, writing/communication skills, analytical thinking, understanding of the industry,…? I’m trying to revamp my resume for the first time since graduating and ER is my end game fo sho, just looking for any tips mostly.
