Toronto - any level

Timber! Falling downward is the lumber of my love. You grind your axe of passion into my endangered headlands. Don’t make me into a bureau. I want to be lots and lots of toothpicks.

No replies in over a year? That’s rough man.

^ Don’t think there’s any under 18s on this forum

Well I’m not allowed to hang out within 200m of high schools anymore… or Chuck E. Cheese’s. Any better suggestions?

I always thought that would be hard to pull off. 1) You would have to be in and out pretty quickly? What’s the longest airplane “love” could go without raising suspicion, 5 min? 10 min? 2) You would have to be awefully quiet, easier said than done I think. Thoughts Karen?

Hmmmm… 1. Be prepared before you get into the room and i’d say about 10min 2. Hmmmm haven’t passed this one yet - some of us can’t be quiet!

Cmon IHeartMath. You know you’re interested.

There’s a Level 1 and a leveal 3 thread for Toronto - where are all the Level 2-ers?

Living on the street in a box. Toronto BO salaries don’t go far.

What level are you Mr. Pink?

Dear all, I believe some of you will be using the UofT libraries for preparation of CFA exams this year. Please beware that there will be a change in the library usage policy beginning in October: http://www.thestar.com/article/693418 http://www.cfrb.com/news/565/989898 In summary, for people who are not currently UofT students, faculty members or staff, you could be charged $200 per year for using the library’s resources, including studying in the libraries.

I went to UofT, most of the library study areas don’t require you to show a card to enter…this looks like it applies to using resources like books. To enter the stacks at Robarts, you need a card, but I don’t think it means you can’t go in and study there - there hasn’t been any mention of restricting that access yet.

I believe one motivation for the change in policy is that there have been increasing number of non-UofT affiliated students using the library’s facility. So depending on the wording of the policy, it may or may not give university’s staff the authority to remove certain class of users when the library is congested. It’s just a pre-caution as many people seem to be unaware of this change in October.

Has anybody here taken the Prep Course at U of T at all, with prof Michael Hlinka? its kinda pricey and 3k for each level, but you get the material taught to you. So i guess i am looking for some insight and success stories. Thanks in advance.

Meh, I’ll just go to Ryerson then. The girls there are hotter anyways and have much lower standards.
