Last night I had trouble falling asleep. I hope the night before the exam I can fall asleep early and peacefully. Anyone else experiencing this stressful thinking while in bed?
exercise does a world of difference bro.
Same here… its not like I’m thinking about the test consciously… but i’m pretty sure its what is keeping me up.
oh I hear ya, last night was derivative formulas running through my head in situations it doesnt make sense… “whats on tv tonite, oh no the foward price is all out of wack and look at these rates, they just dont add up, what are we gonna do…” crud dreams=no real rest.
same here, I can’t fall into sleep althrough I am very tired. A lot of thoughts in mind
Go to bed when you are absolutely tired, else why go to bed?
If you can’t fall asleep, pick up the quant book and start reading, you should be out by two pages
I sleep well till 5 am everyday but then suddenly wake up with stomach churning…have to run to the bathroom. This has been going on for few days now. There is a pattern here-- many be need to correct for seasonality of CFA june exam with a daily night shot of taquilla.
hahah for me it was Corporate Governance… might as well be a lullaby
Lately . . . since all I do is work and study . . . every night I have a glass of red wine and read a non-finance related book to take my mind off of things. It is great.

Dreary - clearly you’ve never had this problem. I’m completely exhausted by the time I go to bed but my mind won’t shut off and I have the same problem. I do remember sleeping much better when I got some exercise in. It seems so hard to fit in half an hour to work out right now but perhaps its worth it if it saves me from tossing around for an hour and half…
