I have been using Schweser and they apparently call transaction risk “translation risk.” What are the three types of risk according to CFA institute so that I don’t accidently use “translation” risk when I mean “transaction” risk or vice versa?
translation is only for translating accounting statements - boom done.
The three types are transaction, translation, and economic.
