So I heard that when Lehman collapsed, Treasuries were returning negative rates, such as the 1 month bill. http://www.ustreas.gov/offices/domestic-finance/debt-management/interest-rate/yield_historical.shtml I’m not seeing any negative rates here. Anybody know where I can look this up? Thanks.
I think that was intraday only, not a close.
