how should it be treated? same as other IS items (change against avg. CPI)? or differently like BS (change against CPI last year)? or no treatment is needed and goes forward?

I would assume it’s restated for inflation then adjusted with the current exchange rate.

i am asking because it is quite a special item in Income statement, and it is not paid through out the year.
it is not reasonable to treat it with avg. CPI like other Income statement items
