There some many different rules to corporate governance. It is like ethics little brother. Does any one have any stratgies for this section of the the test. How do you get the material to stick!?
i find about 80% of it is just simple and logical, usually its pretty obvious what is bad for shareholders and what isn’t… easy to get the hang of after a few practice questions.
