What’s everyone’s take? Will Biden start pushing for the transatlantic trade and investment partnership like Obama?

Biden seems to be “all in” with his chips on climate change and a new international agreement for cap-and-trade for emission reductions. If this is in fact his goal, it’s hard to also push this agreement too. Because one apparently undercuts the other, unless substantially rewritten according to environmentalists. I can only speak to that part of it because I trade carbon and follow that side of things. Having said all that, Biden may perhaps misunderstand the fact he can’t do both and could make an attempt to restart discussions before facing environmental and labor interest backlash from his progressive wing of the party. I never discount politicians not understanding what they propose and push for.
