Transfer student? Don’t many students who can’t get in immediately to a legit school just go through the community college for a year or two and transfer to a reputable state Uni just because the state Uni. has to accept a certain number of applicants. I thought UCLA was a tough place to get in, specially with all the budget cuts to the UC system ( last 3-4 years). Guess I was wrong.
