So officially, the unemployed rate is 4%. pretty good. half the US national rate.

but I wonder about the 5% other category and the 1% student. should they be partly included in unemployed too since those are charterholders doing some off-the-path job they likely dont’ want to stay in. So, adding part of that 6%… 4% + ~4% = ~8%
Now, it’s basically the same rate as the national unemployment rate.
