Unit root doubt

I don’t understand why C is correct. When it comes to unit root, we say that unit root exists when t is not significant. Here t is not significant for Outside air tem and Assembly line yet the answer suggests that the independent variables don’t suffer from unit root. WHY??

I think you have interpreted the “significance of the test” column inccorrectly. Think of it as p-value.
Fail to reject null (unit root) if p > desiired significance level (5%).
Accept alt (not unit roor) p < desire significance level (5%)
Dependant varaiavle 0.1123 > 0.05 - faill to reject null (g =0) - unit root
Indpenant varaiables 0< 0.05 - Reject null - not unit root

Got it. Absolutely misinterpreted it. Thank you
