Just starting playing hard ball on my severance. 9/30 is my “exit” date. I asked for 3 months which they thought was excessive so they are going to run some numbers. I don’t consider it excessive but we’ll see what happens. Any opinions? Thanks again to everyone.
Tell them 3 months or you find another job and then hire all their employees away.
