I will be visting Outerbanks for a few days next week. Although I don’t expect to see a lot of HCB there, I would like to enjoy as much as I can. Any tips on hotel, restaurant, beach, etc?

Don’t know about HCBs but be careful about traffic. Everyone takes 95S to go to Virginia Beach and traffic is crazy on the weekends. I would recommend you traveling really early in the morning to avoid traffic; like 5AM early.
Was on 95 this week. It was a pleasant drive actually. No road construction or accidents.
