Just needed a guide on how to value an interior designing startup doing all type of interior designing and execution with say around 1.5 year of operation with say around 15 cr revenue in first year and required investment to reach the target revenue was say 1 cr in 1st year. The organized vs un-organize ratio for the home decor sector is 6:94 and minimal data for comparable company and Guideline Transaction is available. Can I use DCF in this case. Is so, what would be expected discount rate and required return on Investment for this sector. If going by guideline transaction multiple what revenue multiple would be appropriate.
