Videos

Hi

Can someone share the videos of Quant Economics and Corporate Finance ?

Are you asking people here to violate copyrights?

Sounds like an Ethics violation.

There are lot of videos on youtube. A basic search will turn them up.

You’d be amazed (or maybe not) at the amount of messages I get from users asking me to “share” copyrighted material like lecture vidoes, mock exams, study notes etc…funny thing is 99% of them all seem to hail from the same (sub)continent. I guess it’s just the way they do things over there…

Ignoring for a moment copyright infringements one must recognize the fact that study packages can be relatively expensive given that there are little marginal changes in the curriculum YoY so there can be a natural incentive to use prior year materials if you can get them at zero cost, without any copyright violations. I mean if I pass my Level 1 study material to a friend am I liable in any way?

That would depend on the licensing agreement.

No. You’re free to give your books to a friend, or sell your old books as they are your old property. So when it comes to videos, you’d have to physically give your dvds. Copying them or screen capturing them and sending them out would be illegal. But people neglect the amount of free resources posted by the authors. IFT has several solid videos on YouTube. Obviously they are giving you a taste so you buy the whole set, but take what you can get if they’re giving it away.
