Count me in. Trading occupied most of my time, I didn’t start to study L2 yet. My 2 cents, CFA material will definitely give you some advantage to understand the market, but not much advantage to beat the market. email : pingy22@gmail.com

Hi adb258 count me in rdxcfa@gmail.com Cheers, RD

Joey, what would be the best trading technique in your opinion? cheers

I know you didn’t ask my .02, but like someone above said,to win the contest depending on what the simulation lets you do, leverage pretty heavily, and put a significant portion in options and futures and pray you guess the right side of the bet. Because several others will take this all or nothing approach to the simulation, and it’s a very short period, this would be essentially the only shot at winning. I did one of these in college, and the guy that one used that same strategy himself. Of course in a real world scenario, what I just said would be in my mind a terrible strategy because its essentially akin to taking your clients cash to a casino.

i agree with this completely. also, stockquest is very delayed. we used it in high school and would just dump everything into whatever was making moves after closing…it’s a hard thing to take seriously.

Is the game even marked-to-market? In the real world, taking on some unlimited amount of leverage gets you closed out…
