I hate #9. What’s with capitalized leases anyway? I took finance as a undergrad and grad and never covered it. From an investment perspective, there’s no real effect on total cash flow, so WTF? Seems pretty useless compared to other topics.

I am in the middle of 17 and I would have to say that it is probably the most difficult conceptually. I am in the same boat as Tiffany in that I am having a hard time wrapping my head around some of the concepts from a practicality standpoint. Best, TheChad
