And I thought being someone’s b*tch was hazing enough. I had a boss that had a very “must establish dominance” attitude my first 3 months. It stopped, but looking back I think he did it to try to beat submission into me

That looks like some kind of gay fraternity hazing or something. That does not represent Wall Street as a whole. Nothing wrong with being gay, but let’s draw a distinction here.
