Q&A am i myself a recruiter? no. will you have a better chance than applying on the website? yes. will you get the job just because i referred you? no. will i be eligible for a referral bonus if you get an offer? yes. does that create a conflict of interest for anyone involved? no. did you need to pass Level # this past June for this opportunity to apply to you? no. will i refer you if you have no relevant experience for the job you apply for? no.

i failed L3 last year, applied through my friend’s referal and got the job. in retrospect, they were more interested in my commitment to see the CFA through, not what level i was on… so all you people who didnt make the cut this year, dont give up. apply anyways. theres plenty of opportunity out there…theres always a chance as long as you give it a try…
