I just submitted an application for an entry level analyst position for their investment consulting group. I am sure my application is buried under the reams of other apps, but I am wondering if anyone has any tips on how to make a contact at a big firm such as Watson Wyatt. I tried my school’s alumni directory which has been a gold mine before, but didn’t helpe me out in this venture. Any other thoughts or tips would be most appreciated.
What you can do is google the watson wyatt domain and email people whose emails come up. I know someone who actually did that and got into Big 4 consulting for showing how keen he was.
