Why does the main page says :Registration is now available for the June 2012 CFA Exam (ALL LEVELS)??? https://www.cfainstitute.org/Pages/index.aspx So I log in my account, I can still see the Register for level III exam, but after I click it, it just shows me the old registration information, there is nowhere I can register for June 2012 exam. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN???
I think it means that new candidates & L1 failers can register for L1, L1 passers & L2 failers can register for L2, and L2 passers can register for L3. After August 16, L3 failers can register for L3 again.

The statement “all levels” is confusing. Registration is indeed open for all levels, but L3 candidates cannot register yet.
