Has anyone worked at Russell before? What is the environment like? What is the company culture? Would you recommend people work there? Please share!
I currently work as Financial Analyst for Microsoft at Redmond, Seattle.
I like the environment and friendliness. In general, it is pretty chilled and relaxed with lots of benefits. On my first day, there were litterally 10 people came up to me ask if I needed help. I feel very welcomed here. Also, you will have high visibilities with upper management. I report to 3 senior VPs on the quarterly basis. All three of them graduated from HBS. very impressive. But I still want to apply Russell.
