What is a reasonable pay package for a VP trading position? Not Prop Trading.

I want the number of an average trader: doing good enough to stay in the job.

Buy side? Sell side? What product? Where? Thats like asking how much a broker makes…there are buyside execution traders making 60k and there are traders making 7 digits…you gotta be more specific.

Like comm said: Probably in the $60-70k range on the low end to multiple millions on the high end. Average it how you’d like.

For example at an I-Bank, the traders that execute orders from sales people or wealth management people. How is there compensation like?
