what is GARP core book?

When people say GARP core books or FRM core books. What exactly are they refering to?

Give some time to below link

http://www.garp.org/#!/FAQ-FRM/

I wonder if you read them yourself? Ctrl+F “core”… Nothing.

Logically core reading means suggested material by GARP itself! In FAQs they covered. You can find in FAQ. And download Learning objectives to know what all thing GARP like to test.

Hi invtch,

The FRM Core Books that Garp refer to for the FRM exam are a set of 4 books which cover all the of the topics we’ll be examined on.

If you go www.garp.org/#!/frm_study_materials/ and scroll down, there is a section for the FRM Part 1 or Part 2 exam which describes the books and costs for the core materials.

Hope this helps.
