What Pct of L3 Candidates Have Real Front Office Jobs

Anyone sitting there thinking that there were waaaay too many candidates vs. good jobs realistically available in today’s market? I think 1/3 or less of candatates are front office, 1/3 middle or back office, and 1/3 information technologies
