The answer looks wrong to me: it uses 0.25 as cash duration and I always thought that if we are reallocating from equity to bond, we should assume 0 for cash. Thanks.

Yeah I missed that one… I need to brush up on the whole .25 duration and when to adjust for interest rates and dividends deal.
