What to do on weekdays?

I just want to put on weight. I work only with weight’s mostly free one’s accordding to his instructions. I’m not naturally skinny…just became that way due to weed. So as soon as i get to my optimum weight again i’m out.

He’s saying it’ll take 6-8 months and i take whey protein and eat abut 4 meals i think. You think 1.5 hrs of cardio in the form of some sport will somehow stop me from putting on weight?

I used to go on 6 mi runs and eat donuts on the way back. I didn’t lose weight, neither should you.
