i’ve been playing Battlefront pretty consistently. came back to CoD AW recently though. can’t stand CoD IW. been meaning to get back to Fallout 4 and finish up there.

What isn’t the same? Even with our current technology, people can coordinate on a goal and generate shared experiences that they remember and recall at later dates. The whole point is that we are social and our means of being social has expanded dramatically
honestly I lost interest in COD as soon as they introduced the hyper jumping suits and walking on walls shit. Looking forward to another throw back COD if anything. Top FPS games in my opinion in order are COD MW3, Black Ops 1, Battlefield 4. Also, BF 1 sucks compared to BF4 if you ask me. Battlefront sucks for the same reason as BF1 I have no idea what they did to the engine that runs the game but it is complete shit compared to BF4.

Same experience. I stopped after MW2/BO1 which was the sweet spot. I didnt like MW3 much, and the rest of it even less. BF4 is excellent imo but I do like the BF1 engine, visually beautiful on my computer and I enjoy some aspects of it like the multiperson tanks and cavalry class. Of course my experience is probably wildly different from the rest of the world as I only play hardcore mode. I can see why people dislike regular multiplayer. Battlefront was a huge waste of money… the card system sucks and the leveling system doesn’t make you want to play. Starfighter mode had so much potential but the flight controls system is childish. I’m hoping they fix some of this in battlefront2 but it doesn’t look like it. I only persist because starwars. I’m really looking forward to WW2 COD again. Hopefully BF will follow suit.
I like Battlefield 1 alright, but the hardcore sucks. I usually play 100% hardcore but I only do it now with my friends who still only do 100% hardcore. Team killing happens way too often.
Speaking of hardcore, I think there is a parody out there entitled “Call of Booty: Black Cops”. I thought it was poetic.
CoD AW as in the campaign or multi-player? In all the CoDs I’ve played, I’ve still yet to even touch the campaign… always go straight into multiplayer. Looks like the next one will be all boots on the ground badass gameplay.
I only play on one server with 200% damage. TKs are just part of Battlefield, and real life. Doesn’t bother me. You on PC?
multi. i just soup up sac 3s and sprint and spray. different experience from most shooters as it’s incredibly fast. you know those studies that say playing shooters can help a traders mind think quickly? they were talking about playing domination in AW with sac 3s.
Assuming we’re all half-decent CoD players (i.e, KD > 1 or 1.5), I say we try and make a party one day and queue into public matches.
LOL! I’d go with Bulldog Face Hammer or Tac-19 sledgehammer for that. Or quick scoping peeps in the Sideshow map.
i’m also a strictly hardcore player. TKs make sense for everything except certain things like claymores. Claymores are completely useless in HC BF because your teamates will spawn into them 90% of the time. Extra annoying if you like playing sniper class.
