last year it was 40 percents right?

06 40% 05 56% 04 32% 05 was high because there were a lot of repeaters from 04…with mean regression I would expect somewhere in the 46-48% range this year

i meant mean reversion…its 7:40 on a sunday and I am already fried

I dont believe that pass rates are a mean reverting statistic.
