is it still like level 1 where if you get 70% or more in total you can say you confidently passed or does the CFAI bring it down a little to around 60-65% to adjust for the difficulty?

Read in few places its around 63%
Yes, I have heard it is a decent bit lower than Level I and have also heard that 63% number before.
