When you answer an AM essay question, do you start by restating the question?
For example, if a question asks:
“Recommend two measures to improve the management system at ~”
Do you start answering by restating the question such as
“Two measurements to improve the management system at ~~ is…”
To me it seems like wasting of time. but if this way of answering is recommended in order to get full credit, I would still answer in this way…
