Where can I find example problems and tutorial on pensions?

There’s a lot of questions that I have on Pensions. Moreover, I’d love to have many more example problems. Does anyone know where I can find all this online? I’m thoroughly confused about the recent changes in 2006, and the book doesn’t have much info on this.
