Where can I find more information about FRM experience requirement and time limitation?

The five time limitation on the FRM program really puts me off from doing the program. Can someone tell where I can find info on it? I have look everywhere on their site but can not find anything.

Is it five years from the day you passing level 1, or the day from you pass the last level?

Refer GARP FAQ section-1 for FRM, the very first FAQ, They have clearly mentioned it,

quote "A candidate has 5 years to submit his/her work experience after they sat and passed the FRM Exam Part II.If he/she does not, the candidate will have to re-enroll in the program and pay the required fees and retake the FRM Exam Part I and FRM Exam Part II again."unquote

So level 1 have a valid time frame of nine years?
