How come this stuff doesn’t get nabbed by CFAI? I thought anyone could complain to CFAI and potentially start a PCP investigation? Surely someone would have complained by now?

I think you guys overestimate CFAI’s desire and ability to punish people for these violations.

It’s kinda weird, given that: a) all the BS about Ethics we have to study b) the apparently pathetic things that can get you banned as a candidate and the over-the-top Stasi-like attitude of the proctors during the exams However, I guess it makes sense in that kicking out someone would mean less $$$ from their annual membership dues. It’s a shame we all are (or want to be) represented by an organisation with little credibility.
