ETF is tracking the basket of component stocks, why ETF has tracking error for index?
Two things which I can think of 1. limited stock allocation in the fund or index 2. high management fees.
if its an international etf there will be issues with the pricing of the basket versus the pricing of the underlying securities…priced at different times of the day
