Indeed, the point is that women should try to be hotter for men and not just give up cold turkey. That, and read on the internet on how to improve their sandwich making skills.
Move to other cities just to keep feeding their monster sized egos. Reminds me of the western women rants about moving out to Asia and then returning once they realize that they are invisible to all local dudes
NYC is the epicentre of Individualism. As such, it’s possible for anyone of either gender here to be exceptionally attractive but at the same time be very bland.
Most other places in the world that same person would be able to get by with their typical bland attractiveness but in NYC it’s probably better to have something distinctive about you to the point where 75% of people think you’re attractive but 25% rule you out immediately.
Women in major South American cities are spectacular, if you like Latinas. If the Swedish Bikini Team is your cup of tea though, you’re going to be pretty much SOL in most South American cities. That’s not a knock against South American cities, just a reality. If Latinas are your thing, you’re probably not going to consider Hong Kong to be a Mecca of beautiful women. NYC likely provides a level of racial and ethnic diversity not found in most other major cities in the world, so people are going to find people they consider attractive regardless of their preference. Major Canadian cities are probably equally diverse, if not more, but they lack the numbers. Of course the other side of the coin is that you’re going to see a lot more people in NYC that you find unattractive.
It is sort of a function of socioeconomic status. If you hang out all day in Corona, Queens, you might not have the opinion stated earlier of NYC. However, if you are in downtown Manhattan and mingling only in expensive bars full of 20 something professional, college graduates and daddy’s girls, that is a whole other thing.
