Can I ask what kind of position is qualified for applying for the charter? Does it has to be financial risk management position? How about financial analyst, financial consultant, trader or tax officer? I am currently working for a construction company and responsible for assessing the feasibility of construction project (like potash process plant) on economic and financial side.
