Your first research report

For your first report, were you just basically following the general layout of a standard equity report such as the S&P’s reports? Or were you following a specific guideline set forth by your employer? Is there any specific training out there I should be aware of that focuses on the logistics of putting together a research report? I feel like I have all the tools but I’m having trouble seeing the forest through the trees…

That’s normal. It comes with time. That’s what we call experience.
