Are there also folks who squeezed in any other “paper” accomplishments (MBA, CAIA, FRM, CPA) while an active CFA candidate? I finished my MBA a while back but did manage to bang out the CAIA charter (I work in hedge funds and alternatives so it is somewhat accepted in my arena) between CFA exams. So I’m 5 for 5 in my little world.

Good post. how very, very true. Many thanks to all the people on these forums who helped me achieve this goal over the past couple years.

I have the same reservations as others about posting in this thread, but doin’ it anyway! 2009 - CFAI + Schweser notes, qbank, sauce 2010 - CFAI + Stalla notes, videos, passmaster 2011 - CFAI only

Sorry guys, but I feel this thread meant to brag about your achievement sounds very unfair to all the folks who either did not pass or were not able to do it in straight sets. You can ethically brag about it on your resume to get the edge, but bragging about it here on the boards, come one, don’t you guys have any humility left?

This thread makes me SICK.

I disagree. I think this would be the most appropriate place to be proud of such an achievement. Actually, I think this is the only place I would ever say I went three for three without being asked. Under this argument, no one should even post positive results.

count me in. 3/3 (walks away sheepishly)

you guys should just walk into work and say “3/3, Denny Crane”… good stuff people. having failed L2 n L3 both, 3/3 is v impressive fr me.

I’m hoping to be a 3/4 next year, but I’m just going to pretend to be a 3/3. Count me in!!!

I also belong to 3/3. 1st center: Chicago, IL 2nd center: Mumbai 3rd center: Bangalore All 3 centers have been lucky for me. Cheers, Ris

Count me in…started Dec 09 and am done as of yesterday! And maybe it’s bragging, but if there ever was a reason to feel genuinely proud of an achievement, this is it. I did 3/3 in 1.5 years, while juggling a job and a child and I AM PROUD OF IT! There, I said it!

me too  just before L2 we had a baby, missed enjoying with him (as much as I wanted to) as he turned one …

I cleared in 3/3. Got a scholarship for level 1. Thus, I spend about 2k on this program. I got a baby when I took level 1. Now he is 2.5 years old.
