Maybe it’s my age (mid 30s) or the fact that I have young kids who have thrown massive tantrums in public places, but embarassment doesn’t bother me much. I just don’t want to spend another 5 months of studying!

So ANNOYED. The email link CFAI sent to one of my references won’t work! I have resent it 3 times now by request.

My old boss who is now retired to another continent was told to now print out the darn form they sent her, fill it in BY HAND and mail it internationally back over here to CFAI!!! International mailing is NOT fast you know. Now I am wondering if my other references who are out of town could open their email link or not. So much for trying to beat the rush but I guess why you start early.

How long is the questionnaire anyways? If you send it to one reference, can you retract it and send to someone else or whoever your references are HAS TO RESPOND? I half want to send a reference request to myself and then delete it.

What is wrong with CFAI’s technology?!! They can’t even give me a simple link that works and now I have to inconvenience people and have them incure mailing costs?

You should add another reference, meaning you have 4 or even 5 references.I am sure some of those added will respond. The questionnaire isn’t that long. A few check box there (about 3) and the rest is a box to complete, where they explain how your work relates to investment management.
