Best entrance in college football

Please nominate one team and try to remain objective: Virginia Tech (Metallica- Enter Sandman entrance) Bird’s eye view http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5h1EW5z1wdc Field view http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ET8KpC7o2M&feature=related *note this was my school and I am not objective in any way, but it is still a bad ass entrance.

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/229740-top-10-college-football-stadium-entrances A little rundown for you.

Trying to remain objective about anything in college football is impossible! As a fan of (the real) UT, I’ve got to go with the Vols running through the T. LSU puts a caged tiger outside their opponent’s locker room so they have to walk right by it to get to the field. That get my vote for best pregame psych out.

All three of my roommates played on the team. I have seen the entrance many times, but it never gets old.

I’m not trying to hate but so the VT entrance is better than the FSU entrance with the Indian guy on the horse w/a spear??? I’m just saying… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASOg5nd5IRo

clemson’s would be cool except they follow the entrance by rolling onto their backs

  1. No one is in the stands at that FSU game 2) Part of what makes the Hokies entrance so great is Lane Stadium. They pack in the crowds. It is small, very steep, and benches (no chairs). It is very loud and the stadium shakes. It’s been rated one of the hardest road stadiums to play in for a visitor team.

so has kyle field, but it doesn’t make it the best entrance. FSU > VT for the next decade. write that down.

i’d also nominate Oklahoma and the Sooner-Skooner because they fire guns and have some hot cheerleaders and USC (cal) just because of their cheerleaders.

mar350, Was the entrance at the community college you “attended” any good?

that’s funny. i actually went to penn state. if you went to a football school you would know that its all about recruiting. FSU pulled in the #2 class in the nation this year, VT #22. in 2011 FSU pulled in the #1 class in the nation, VT was not is the top 25. with that trend continuing FSU will dominate the ACC again for years.

You trolling brah? If I went to a “football school” what, like Penn State? LMAO Last time Penn State had a decent team I think Blair Thomas was the RB. The Golden Girls was probably #1 in the Nielsons. LMAO VA Tech is the only school to have won at least ten games for I think 7 or 8 years in a row now. When is the last time FSU has been to a BCS bowl? Or Penn State? Logan Thomas is very simlar to Cam Newton and they have a decent chance of playing for a National Championship if he stays in the next four years. You mad?

USC is not Cal.

As an SEC (LSU) fan, I find the very concept of you comparing any current VT garbage to Cam Newton (read single handed destroyer of the SEC) offensive. However, that wrath was offset by the good chuckle I got from you mentioning VT and National Championship in the same sentence. I gotta say, FSU is one of the few teams outside the SEC I have respect for at the moment. Although we won’t know for sure until next weekend. I’m picking FSU, but really hard to tell since neither FSU or Oklahoma’s been tested yet.

I mean Blake, c’mon, what’s the point of even talking records “oh yeah, we have awesome 10 win seasons” when all it takes is one glance at VT’s pu$$ @ss schedule to see there’s not even a ranked team on it this year. You guys beat EAST CAROLINA by seven…EAST CAROLINA! Just let that marinate in your mind for a minute. Now, back to this BCS championship you speak of… Meanwhile, I look on Alabama’s schedule and see SIX ranked teams, and SEVEN on LSU’s. Oh well…

SEC is without question the toughest division in football. The reason why Alabama plays all these ranked teams is… wait for it… the SEC is loaded. The ACC is weak now. How is that the Hokies fault? They have to play conference games and can only schedule a couple of non-conf games. You are aware of the Kickoff Classic the Hokies have played in pretty much every year (exception this year). The opened against Alabama, LSU, (when they had that load the raiders drafted #1), USC (in their championship year) etc. They scheduled Wisconsin in the future (home and road). In 2013 they play Alabama. http://www.hokiesports.com/football/schedule/future/ They beat AL in 2013 and that could be a National Championship year. Clemson, Miami, VA, GA Tech these programs are a joke. They should be putting better teams on the field. That is the outrage.
