Book 1 Scores

2 AM 73.3% 2 PM 73.3%… PM really killed me too

Last year: Book 6 Schweser: - 1 AM: 47% - 1 PM: 67% … and failed on exam (9th decile) Not there yet for this year

Felt like i wanted to see how bad things could be last night and took the second have of Exam 3 in book 7…got a 52… So total I got like a 57 on the thing… motivates me to work much harder… Even tho it was book 7, there were a lot of points that i should have known but didnt…

Just did the first sample and scored 83. I like the CFA’s style much better. Much more straight forward. Makes it easier for those with ADD like myself. I scored 65 on level 1 sample with about the same amount of time left. For some reason, I still don’t feel all that confident

Anyone else take the Stalla practice exams from the book? not the mock

Book 6: AM 51/60 PM 52/60

Correction, the correct answer to question 113 is A but the answer sheet has it down as B. I answered A (i.e. correctly) so my PM just went up one more point: AM: 51/60 PM: 53/60 Be on the lookout for the answer to question 113 and know that the answer sheet given answer is wrong!

good god you guys are nailing these…i should probably stop looking at other people’s scores now

Exam 2 AM 77 PM 83 that ICAPM set on the PM exam killed me - 1/6. that thing was brutal, time to go back to PM. - god i hate PM

Exam 1 PM 54/60 Feels good when a couple of 50/50s go your way :). I spent about an hour on derivatives but gutted it out!

1 AM : 42/60 = 70% 1 PM : 45/60 = 75% 2 AM: 42/60 = 70% 2 PM: 48/60 = 80% 3 AM: 44/60 = 73% (FSA Synthesis - 1/6) Sample exam 1 (free) - 20/30 - 67% Sample exam 2 - 25/30 - 83% (so consistent - 5/6 in each item set)

Exam 1 AM 83.33% Exam 1 PM 86.67% Exam 2 AM 81.67% Exam 2 PM 83.33%

You people are insane. I haven’t even broke 70% on any practice exams yet.

Sample 1: 73% Book 6 1AM: 77% 1 PM 83 % 2 AM : 75 % Just gave 2 PM (in office) Had no clue in more than 50 % questions…was simply lucky enough to get some wild guesses IPL + Election fever in India is hitting me hard

What a ridiculous MI vs RR match. How could MI lose a winning game?

BTW free IPL streaming at: http://cricmania.desistop.net/ And no I’m not posting this to bring down the MPS

Exam 1 AM 75% PM 65% Alts and Derivatives killed me on the afternoon portion. It was a random guess on 10 of the last 12 Qs. Scoring in the 80s and 90s for FRA though (thanks John Harris!). I feel significantly more prepared 3 weeks out than I did for Level I. Going to be a 8-10 hour day of derivatives for me today.

Just finished…Book 1, Test 2 AM So far good… I second chi paul that I am significantly better prepared 3 weeks out for level 2 than I was for level 1. Test 1 AM: 45/60 (75%) PM: 50/60 (83.33%) Test 2 AM: 47/60 (78.33%) This was really offbeat test…tested hedge funds, taxes and wot not…No ethics and thats the reason for high score… Not solving PM today. Need to complete ethics before I attempt that…I want to see improvement in ethics. Test 1 AM was only 2/6 , 3/6 on ethics portion… Will read ethics for some time and ll hammer Qbank on random topics later…

New tally: Book 1, 1 AM: 85% Book 1, 1 PM: 83% I got off a little easy because I had a couple of guesses go right, but I’ve really got to do something about my derivative scores. 6/12 and I’m pretty sure I didn’t even deserve that. Oh well, I’ll take it - last year I got a 47% on this test so that makes my day!!!
