Group 1. When I click on apply, I go to the scholarship page where I have to complete all the information. Then when I withdrawn it, I go back to the same first page. No “not eligible message” for me

i tried to apply for a scholarship and i got an error…

i refreshed and tried to apply again and i was able to -> then i tried to withdraw the application and i got the same error

now i have the following 3 items on the scholarship page

apply for 2017…

manage my scholarships…

you are no elgible…

question - what is the proper way to write “Not Eligible for Scholarship” on my resume?

I don’t see the significance of having both boxes at same time. You can apply as well as you are not eligible. Does not make sense.

So if you see that “you are not eligible to apply” then I think that means you passed. If you don’t see it (like me) then I think it may be bad news tomorow.
