I am neither black, latino, nor Asian, and thankfully not very poor.
There are documented studies of the disadvantages of children/teens/adults of lower income families, which proportionately tend to be immigrants (not classified as white), to gain access to SAT/GMAT/LSAT/CFA/ACRONYM OF YOUR CHOICE tutoring/preparation courses.
You’re a typical mainstream bigot racist who truly believes you have to be ‘white’ in order to gain an edge in life. Here are some fact about myself before you start calssifying me as an ivy leaguer born with a silver spoon in their mouth. The nerve of some of these e-douchebags is astonishing.
While societal norms classify me as white, I have olive skin tone with a eastern/southern european slant. My grandfather was a 2nd generation Jewish Orphan.
I came from a mid-to-lower income family, my dad was a blue collar worker and my mom took care of the house
I was held back a grade in elementary school, i’ve alway been ‘behind’ my peer group
I was a paperboy (yeah they existed then) from the age of 12-17, worked in the dairy department at a grocery store from age 17-21 and held a job as a waiter until I graduated college.
I went to a local junior college, then a sub-par state school - worked the entire time with the exeption of the last 8months of college. I took 18+ units a semster and graduated within 2-years of transferring with a double major in Finance & Economics. I had $15 in my bank account when I received my first pay check, so little that I had to overdraft my account to get my car out of a SF parking gargage after a week of new joiner orientation.
I paid for all of my college tuition
I’m paying for all of my wifes graduate school tuition
I never received a scholarship, grant, or other government subsidies outside of income tax relief from tutition expenses. I made <15k a year until I graduated so the assistance from the government was putrid at best.
I never took the SAT
I never took the GMAT
I took the CFA, with my primarily go-to being the CFAI material
If i’m more successful than you or some non-white smuck, I assure you it’s not because the difference in skin tone. It’s because I have balls of steel and work really hard. Passing level-III will not (critically) determine yours or my own sucess, that’s the point of my original post.
If you’re so hard working, maybe you should consider what it is like for someone living in a 3rd world, highly competitive, at times over food, country, and not spew your “stupid test” comments. This test is make or break to a lot of people.

Hi guys just wanted to confirm, in the “Account Home” section does anyone still see 3 rows (including manage my application " or just “Profile” and "Membership ". I see the latter!
Mines same as yours. Only the 2 rows now whereas it was 3 before today. I assume everyone’s is that way just like the error message seems to have become consistent for everyone.

Mine has changed to two sections today as well. It was definitely 3 sections on friday.
There are all always winners and losers.It’s not human nature to be magnanimous, so anyone else would have done the same. Ironically, those who share your views are not all that different than those terrible white imperialists of yesteryear.

bertran when you log into CFAI click your name at upper top right of page.
Then about the “Manage Account” heading, click onto “Manage Applications” then click onto the “Account Home” tab.
I have 3 lines. Those who have two lines: do you remember which line disappeared?
When I start to lose confidence, I remind myself that:
The guy next to me didn’t know that you are recommended to use a pen on the AM section.
A guy in line (for L3) didn’t have an approved calculator for the exam.
These two cases remind me of how small the AF community is compared to the number of test takers worldwide and how it should not be used to represent L3 test takers as a whole. Good luck to all!

In looking around the site today, I think they are cleaning up data regarding the last test, and getting ready for retakers and new candidates to register for 2016.
Have a nice stiff drink and wait it out at this point. I think getting stress about what a coder is or isn’t doing at this point…is just adding to stress.

Agreed. @Bertrand75 : it’s the middle row that contained things like change exam location and 2016 scholarship stuff.
Don’t worry about it. At this point I think most of us can agree that all the error code theories and coding changes and this and that do not indicate pass/fail. Except of course for the Ghana theory…that one’s legit.

At this point a movie reference comes to mind…“The anticipation of death is worse than death itself”. So I will sit down relax and wait for tomorrow. (How difficult can that be?)
If I would have to rank… I’d say that the Ghana theory was the best way to laugh and forget about results, MPS and passing rate. In this context, I would propose to start some crowd funding and buy Icebreaker a ticket to Ghana…
Good luck guys. You have been a great support (cfa, breakups, other unpleasant life events etc). My confidence has also dropped faster than a penny from the Empire state building but it’s just psychological at this point. I’m so burnt out that I don’t think I’ll do it again whatever the outcome.

I am glad I am not the only one feeling like this
